Alternative Roku 40" Select Series TV legs?

The fact that the legs that come with this tv stick out past the edge of the screen is a problem with respect to finding a cart or table that is long enough without its being ridiculously huge.  It won't fit on the one I was using (old tv had a stand in the center of it).  And the tips of the legs have such a tiny footprint, it feels very dicy to put it on something that is only 36" long/wide (the ends of the feet are 35 ½ " apart).  Any possibilities? Mounting it on a wall is not an option.
