Roku stopped working with Alexa about 2 months ago. I have tried every troubleshooting tip and suggestion and still will not work! Any suggestions? I even made sure all the names of everything are matched in the apps. It always worked in the past. What’s going on. Please help!!!

Yes it seems like Alexa will no longer do commands with Roku in groups. I can do individual commands through Alexa but not groups.

yea that article isn't helpful. Amazon's Alexa has said for the last 2 months that it can't find a roku device even though the skill is enabled and it was working great for the past year, year and half.

It seems like random WiFi plugs are stopping. This may be a Alexa issue especially with the new Alexa + Not sure what direction to go next. Ohh, also WiFi plugs that I reconnected from scratch yesterday and they worked stopped working today?! This is mind blowing.

Having the same trouble. I disabled the Roku skill in Alexa and added it back but no luck. When I try to link the device back to Alexa the page says something went wrong

To assist you better, please provide the following information:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version (found in Settings > System > About).
- Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, then the Back button 5 times when the issue occurs).
- App build version (select the app on the Home screen and press the * button).
- Alexa model.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,

i'm attaching a picture with the information you asked for. As for the app build, it doesn't matter what app, no commands to do with Roku is working with Alexa at the moment. it began yesterday morning for me.

have done all suggested options troubleshooting with no luck! I even changed out the smart plugs thinking the old plugs went bad but no luck. However. It all seemed to start about the time I got a new Roku sound bar! I don’t know if that could be the reason why but it all seemed to start changing about that time. Groups just won’t work on SOME commands and when I ask Alexa why she says that groups no longer with? Not sure what or why all this started happening as it worked great not to long ago? Any suggestions other than the suggested ones you get on line would be great
