Same thing for me, I have two TVs and a Roku TV and they all show the added on apps. When I view the WIFI streaming stick connected to the fourth TV it does not show the app that I added. I also did all those steps as well and got your result. I personally think it’s the WIFI streaming stick and Roku engineers can add a software update for the WIFI streaming stick.

Seems like your Roku Streaming Stick is not showing the app you added.
Here are a few things we need to check:
- Make sure your Roku device is signed in to the same Roku account as your other TVs or devices (You can check that in Settings > System > About).
- Check if the app is added to the bottom of the Home screen. Apps are automatically added at the bottom of the app list after installing, so you might as well check on that.
If still not resolved, try these steps and see if this helps:Try removing the affected app from the Roku Mobile App, then reinstall it from there and see if that will appear on the Roku Streaming Stick's home screen.
