AvsGunnar the original poster kat5374 needs a remote with channel numbers. They don’t want to scroll.
Yeah, I get it. Hope they find a compatible one for their TV on Amazon or somewhere else. It was a nightmare to find one with numbers that actually worked throughout all my apps and tv features.

948493 He clearly bought the wrong TV. He was attracted to the price. But he hasn’t come back to comment. Case closed

That’s a little tough for a lot of people to fix after the fact…. Especially if they cannot move a large tv by themselves. I have Roku TVs and like them. I did not have any prior experience, but was able to adapt and overcome most issues. However, I am relatively young, adapt easily to tech, and could easily return a large tv on my own. That can’t be said for a lot of folks that buy these things. Telling someone they screwed up is just beating a dead horse most of the time.

Unfortunately, Roku doesn't use numeric remotes in their navigation. Although a couple or users have reportedly gotten some to work, I think with some programming (if memory serves me correctly). Certainly not something everyone can do though and I think it was very limited.

kat5374 may want a numerical remote to eliminate the need to scroll. (did not see that info in posting). However, since that is currently unavailable, the information provided may make life a bit easier eliminating some of the un-needed scrolling.

As for the repeated advice/criticism of the users/members in the Community by other members for making certain purchasing decisions, it really should be avoided. The purpose of the Community is to help users with issues they are having with the Roku devices they own. Not to tell them they would not be experiencing these issues if they were not so "cheap". And not every thread has to be turned into a multi-page argument and **bleep**-for-tat.
