If a system restart or unplugging TV doesn't work, then most likely the screen or motherboard has gone bad. If it is a newer TV, then you might be able to get warranty service, but if not, most likely a replacement is the only option as they usually cost too much to repair.

Hello jeanguybaril
We noticed in your post that your Roku TV screen has vertical lines. We'd like to take a closer look at it.
What is the model of your Rok TV? Could you send us a photo showing the issue occurring? In the meantime, try restarting your Roku TV by going to Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart or unplug it directly from the power source for 10 seconds.
Let us know how it goes!
