Same issues, I have tried the process at least 10 times, checked forums, checked the troubleshooting guide. I don't want a how to guide, because at the step that says "follow the instructions on your screen" the process BREAKS.

Hey anyone looking at this post, I found a solution. Don't buy a roku, they don't care if it works or not.

Just got a new TCL ROKU tv and it's just sitting here worthless because I can't seem to activate it. How is this even possible??
Can someone help me please??

Could you walk us through the issue you are experiencing? Which step in the process went wrong and got stuck? Do you receive an error message or code?

If the issue is not resolved, kindly provide with us the details requested along with the serial number of your Roku TV so we can help you further. You can often find this information on the back of your Roku TV.

It tells me my email is incorrect, even though I have several Roku devices registered to that address.
