43" Sharp Roku TV (2019) slow & buggy Roku and Netflix interface

Lately the lag on the Roku interface on my 43" Sharp Roku TV (2019) has been really bad lately. Fine for years, but now when trying to click through any Roku interface, it's just slow and laggy, like it's distracted with something. Have checked all the things: software updates, wifi connection (Excellent), settings, restarted, etc. Cannot find anything. Any suggestions?

The worst offender is the Netflix app. Constantly crashes about 1-2 minutes into playing. Keep checking for updates (none), keep restarting (no change).

Anyone have ideas?

    Before proceeding, we'd like to know what is your current OS version. (Settings > System > About) Also, when did you first observe this issue started happening and how many channels have you installed on your Sharp Roku TV?

    In the meantime, we could try one more step, and with your permission, we can perform a hard reset on your TV. Please be informed that resetting your Sharp Roku TV will set you back to default settings, and you may need to re-link your Roku account and sign in on your channel subscriptions. Also, before doing this step, ensure you know your network connection's name and password.
