Wireless Doorbell quit charging

I have had this wireless doorbell for less than a year and it quit charging.  I have tried different USB chargers and left it on the chargers for several days and it has 0% charge. At $100 I expect more, is there an easy fix?

      I have the same issue with my doorbell.  It's shows it is charging but battery level went from 56% to 0%.. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
