Unable to connect smart bulb white to wireless network

Tried all the instructions but still cannot get bulb to connect

    We appreciate you reaching us about having an issue setting up your Smart Bulb. We'd like to know more about this.

    Are there any error messages when you attempt to connect the bulb to your internet? Additionally, what steps have you already taken?

      It tells me connection failed and reenter password but password is correct.  I rebooted router and modem.  Even tried it on my tablet and still not able to connect light to wireless.
