Subscription needed for image events

    I just got off of the phone with the Roku company, I was transferred to a "Product Specialist" and I was advised that as of July 16th you need to have a subscription in order to continue seeing the screen shots under the "Events" tab. Please give me feedback/responses regarding this issue.

I can tell you one thing I will never buy any products that have to do with Roku again. There was no heads up no nothing. When I bought my cameras I was under the impression of what I was buying was permanent. Definitely going to do a consumer protection issue on it . If anything they should at least leave the still photos for the people that have had these cameras before they took it off.

Since the cameras are worthless for immediate identification of anything that triggers them, I've inserted an SD card into each. I can't catch anyone in the act which is infuriating however, I will have them on the card if I notice anything suspect. I've also decided to go with Tactacam Gen X 2.0 cameras while I can still find them at Walmart. They work off of either AT&T or Verizon networks so they're still on when the internet is down, also take SD cards and give a nice clear picture, less pixelated than Roku, day and night. Roku, you double crossed us and I'm not buying into your scam.
