Roku Indoor Cameras have only one video recording
Why does my camera have the same issue where it will send more than three notifications at the same time of the same event, but only the last one works? Video playback doesn’t work. I can’t see what’s going on. I press record, and it says it’s recording, but it’s a still image.Solved158Views0likes7CommentsCancel my subscription for poor service from Roku
I cancelled my subscription because it is not working as it should. I had a lot of problems with the app, events, motion, video, person were not showing up, and only photos were showing up. I did everything suggested by support but I didn't get a correct solution. They are not doing anything to fix it. After the last update they made, everything started to work worse than it was. I can't afford to lose my money like that.534Views1like0CommentsCameras not recording, only capturing pictures
So I bought a Roku doorbell camera back in December. I got a 14-day free trial, and I loved it! I am a mother of 6, so protecting my home and family is very important to me. Fast forward to now I have purchased the floodlight camera as well as paid for the yearly Plus subscription for all my devices. Now all of a sudden my cameras will not record! They will only take a picture. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed at this point, and that's a nice way of putting it. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps I have found online. Everything is up to date, turned on correctly, etc. What is going on, Roku??? Should I just return these cameras and find another brand because this seems to be an ongoing issue? Someone, please help!417Views0likes2CommentsI want my money Back, video not saved
How do I get my $39.95 back?? This Smart Home is a rip off, always get the , unfortunately this video couldn't be saved to the cloud. And please don't give me the canned answer, everything is up to date and set correctly, far to many people are complaining about the same thing, the problem is clearly on the Roku side. I want my money back, and going back to ring.379Views0likes0CommentsRoku Doorbell issues, not a 14 day free trial..
I installed (wired) a Roku Doorbell on Sunday. First off, the 14 day free trial is bull**bleep**, after 4 days I was sent a notice that the free trial is over so I had to subscribe!! I go into the app and while there is mention on other posts about have a detection area, I only have Motion detection sensitivity (Low, Med, High). I have it on high and it does not detect any person walking in front of my house, even though I have Person checked off (as well as everything else) under smart detection. It will catch someone after they are coming up my steps towards the front door. Although there have been times that a package "magically appears" at the door (no person is seen making the delivery!) I have to turn off vehicle notifications - it gets every car that passes by but not a person in sight. And to boot I seem to have a phantom bell (my inside original bell) that rings very lightly in the background for no reason like it's a windchime lol. To say I am not impressed by this Roku doorbell is obvious. I had an old Ring doorbell that I was not happy with and thought this would be better. I am still not happy.Solved961Views0likes5Comments
