Roku Video Doorbell and Alexa not working

I have the Echo Show 5 and Roku Video Doorbell. Every time I say Alexa show me front door, I get "sorry cameras do not work on this device". I only get this with the Roku doorbell. I have worked with Amazon and they have sent me a replacement and I get the same thing. I talked to one of your agents and all they said is sorry not our problem our software is working fine call Amazon. I told them I did and they said call them back.

      My doorbell will work with Alexa Echo Show 5 as far as it notifying me when some one is at my door. It says it does not support cameras when I ask Alexa show front door. I have spoke with numerous ROKU agents and they have even talked with Amazon Techs with me and no one can figure it out. They claim it is a issue with the Roku Smart Home App. By the way, Amazon has sent me two Echo Show 5 and I get the same results. I wish I never bought this doorbell.

      FYI, I have an Echo Show 5, 1st Gen that works fine. But the newer Echo Hub gives an error. This does appear to be an issue with the Echo software, not Roku.
