The cameras do show up in the Roku Smart Home app on my phone and on the Roku Camera App. I'm not sure what you mean by re-pairing them with Alexa. I disabled the skill and re-enabled it several times. As I stated, Alexa does recognize the cameras. She gives motion announcements for them. But, you cannot view the cameras from the Alexa app on my phone (you can select the camera but nothing is ever shown in the live view window OR by asking to view the camera vocally. "Alexa, show me "camera name"

having the exact same issue with all 6 newly setup cameras. Latest firmware on base stations and outdoor se cameras. Alexa knows about them and the alexa show opens the waiting on roku screen but gives up and says its taking too long to respond. Ring Camera works fine on same network.

I seem to be experiencing a similar issue with my zmodo cameras connection to alexa. Ring works fine showing alerts and live feed on alexa. Was considering roku cameras as a replacement but I'll read more reviews...

I have 3 roku cameras. None work. But, we will concentrate on 1.
Model CW1000x
Device ID sos512agg9un
3.2.1.429
Firmware Version:
I have 5 Echo Devices. None of them will show the Roku cameras. Again, I will concentrate on 1 Echo.
My Echo Show 10 is running OS 7.5.6.5
I do not have the information on my modem.
I would like to mention that my Arlo cameras work properly. Alexa is able to issue commands to my roku TV. Mute, Pause etc. AND Alexa does announce motion on the above roku camera it simply will not show it live.

Are there any updates on this? It is very frustrating. I would really like to replace all my existing cameras with these but wont until this issue is resolved.
