Greetings, Cynthsmthrmn.
Thanks for letting us know about this issue with the camera to Alexa. We're here to help.
Have you tried re-pairing the camera with Alexa? If so, is the live feed of the camera accessible on the Roku Smart Home app?
We'll wait for your response.
Thanks,

The cameras do show up in the Roku Smart Home app on my phone and on the Roku Camera App. I'm not sure what you mean by re-pairing them with Alexa. I disabled the skill and re-enabled it several times. As I stated, Alexa does recognize the cameras. She gives motion announcements for them. But, you cannot view the cameras from the Alexa app on my phone (you can select the camera but nothing is ever shown in the live view window OR by asking to view the camera vocally. having the exact same issue with all 6 newly setup cameras. Latest firmware on base stations and outdoor se cameras. Alexa knows about them and the alexa show opens the waiting on roku screen but gives up and says its taking too long to respond. Ring Camera works fine on same network.
