Roku camera not working on mobile phone

My Roku camera is working on my tv’s but not working on my cell phone. I tried the restart but that is not working, any ideas?

    It looks like you're having trouble with your camera not working your phone. A quick fix that often helps is uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. Once it's back, go ahead and set up the camera again.
