Since these updates cameras freeze, no live video. Events get 33% then won't show video. Happens on all my different Roku devices. Works well when using tablets and smartphones. Roku refuses to acknowledge this. Has us try everything and to no results.
All my Roku devices amera feeds went bad at the end of October each camera freezes no motion when going to events it loads to 33% and then no video. I have done all the actions to get them to work . Not my server network because on my tablet that uses home wifi all works fine as well as my mobile phone I believe you October update ruined the ability for the system to work like before

its not the cameras it works well with tablet that uses home network as well as smart phone. I have 4 roku devices that will not work right they are stick model 3820x express 4k 3941x2 i have 2 of those Roku ultra model 4802x. near end of October no longer do I see video on Roku devices but get still shot when I go to events it loads and I see 33% then no video. However no problem to see events and no still pic but good video on my tablet and smart phone server is god because tablet uses home wifi. Also even my wired camera is bad with Roku devices as well as my floodlight. All 5 wireless cameras freeze but not when using tablet and smart phone. I believe your Software updates in late October have caused this problem perhaps cache problem. Version 3.6.build 05 Everything worked great til middle of October. Find out why. I am on a roku device and that Track ID instruction to press home 5 times and then back button 5 times and nothing happens.
