A flashing blue light on your Roku base station usually indicates a network connectivity issue, meaning it's trying to connect to the internet. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Ensure the Roku Smart Home app and device firmware are current.
- Delete the device and set it back up as new.
- Note: The outdoor camera linked to the Roku Base Station must be deleted first. Once the base station is set up again, proceed to link the outdoor camera again.
- Once done, try to connect the base station to Wi-Fi again.

- If the issue persists, you must contact your internet service provider (ISP) for further troubleshooting for your router and modem.

I've done all that and the issue is with the base station and not the internet. I have zeronussues connecting anything else to thr internet except this base station. The other base station works just fine.

Let's see if these work for you: - Make sure the Smart Home app and Roku Base Station firmware are up to date
- Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in
- Delete any outdoor cameras that are linked to the Roku Base Station
- Once the base station is set up again, proceed to link the outdoor cameras
- Connect the base station to Wi-Fi again
