Hold for 15 to 20 seconds until the light turns red.

I had a similar issue after switching to a new router getting the camera to reconnect was a headache. One thing that helped me was doing a full reset on the camera and making sure the Wi-Fi name didn’t have any special characters. Also, check if your new network is on 2.4GHz, since some Roku cameras don’t support 5GHz.

Exactly same problem. We use our camera as a baby monitor, it worked great at our house, took it to grandmas house, worked fine, but came back to our home WiFi and now it won't set up.
it turns solid blue when we turn it on, but device doesn't show up on my app. Both are on the same WiFi. Tried factory reset and all the things. Light is just solid blue each time, won't do anything if you press set up.- RokuRiamie-DCommunity Moderator

I too got a WiFi router and I have not moved to a new location and my indoor camera was working fine until I changed my WiFi . Also, I’m connected to the 2.4GHZ on my phones wifi
