Hey everyone!
We understand that you're having trouble viewing the live feed of your Roku cameras, and we'd like to coordinate this with our team. Please share with us the following:
- Roku Camera Model:
- MAC address:
- Firmware version:
- Smart Home app version:
- Log ID: (pull up your Roku Smart Home app home page > select Account > Roku Support > Submit a Log)
- Router make and model

How do I find the log ID ? I tried and still can’t I have all the other info tho

Hey there! Jojohicks
To obtain the Log ID, go to your Roku Smart Home app’s home page, select Account, > then Roku Support, > and finally Submit a Log.

Ok i see acct then i dont see roku support at all nor submit a log I only see help and feed back
