And I currently have 4 working 1 buffering and 1 is saying it’s off line and the other is the one that shows pic til I click on it and it’s powered off and won’t let me turn it back on I have tried for several days to sign out and back into the app and it doesn’t help

Here's a quick step we'd like you to try.
Power cycle the camera
-
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of the camera.
- Wait 30-60 seconds and plug back in
- Try again.

Ive also tried this to and it does nothing still I’ve also have reset my cameras and started fresh and they are still doing the same thing it’s not always the same camera but the all at some point buffer or are off line today is the first time the poet issue started
