Cannot set schedule for Roku Smart Bulbs

I cannot schedule my smart bulbs either, and I have done all of the suggested steps several times, including reinstalling Wi-Fi access, removing and reinstalling the bulbs on the app and physically, removing the rules and starting again, and scheduling only the ON rule for when they turn off (not scheduling the off time). I agree, very frustrating.

    We appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you've taken to fix the issue with your Roku Smart Bulbs, as the set schedule is not working.

    Just want to clarify — you're trying to set an ON schedule but it's not working, or you've set ON and OFF and only the OFF schedule is not working?

    In the meantime, we recommend you check that your Roku Smart Bulbs and Smart Home app are running the latest version.
