Camera not recording

I'm having the same issue but I did subscribe! I have 2 cameras, am paying for 2 cameras but it only records 1 camera. Zero events on the other one, the one by the door we go in and out of the house with

    Hello there Chareysmom2​

    We understand you're having trouble with your Roku camera not recording events despite your subscription. We'll look into it.

    Do you receive any motion detection notifications, and can you view the live feed from this camera? In the meantime, try updating the camera firmware version and restarting it.
