Battery Camera SE stuck in checking for updates
Purchased an Battery Camera SE. Charged it overnight. Started the install process (power up, recognized, added to Wi-Fi network) and the app appears to be stuck in the "checking for updates" step. I've let it run 5, 10, 30 minutes, up to and hour and still "checking for updates." I've done this 5 times. I've even put it back on the charger. I have a blinking yellow light followed by a red blinking light and repeat.
Following up on this issue. Please perform these troubleshooting steps below:
- Wait at least 8 minutes during the update.
- If your internet connection is weak, try connecting to a better one.
- If the update doesn't finish within 60 minutes, you should attempt the process again.
