Using Roku Soundbar as Bluetooth speaker for Amazon Echo Dot

I attempted to pair my Echo Dot and Roku soundbar via Bluetooth for playback of Amazon music, but neither the Roku or Echo Dot find each other when scanning for available devices.  I have the soundba...

Hi,

This is what I did.

1.  Open Alexa app on phone

2.  select device settings

3.  select echo dot

4.  select Bluetooth devices

5.  select pair new device

6.  select Roku Smart Soundbar

On the Roku side:

1.  Goto settings, Remote & devices

2.  select bluetooth devices

3.  select pair new device

The new roku does not have pair new devise in remote and devise settings.  
Unable to connect soundbar to be used as a speaker for alexa dot

    Thanks for the post.

    Do you have the option in Settings > Remotes & devices > Add devices?

    If not, can you provide a screenshot of what options you are seeing on screen so we can better understand what you are experiencing?
