So seems Roku doesn't know how their own systems work. I had this same issue and got it resolved through trial and error and figured it out. I have two wireless rear speakers, a subwoofer, and a wireless soundbar. All worked flawlessly for about six months then suddenly one day my wireless soundbar stopped being connected to my Roku TV. I tried repairing it. I held the reset button for ten seconds. Just sat there searching and never paired. Reset the TV. Reset the soundbar. Sat there pairing over and over. The two wireless speakers connected. The subwoofer connected. Soundbar would never pair. I'll spare you anymore details but I tried EVERYTHING Roku suggested, and nothing worked for over an hour.
Here's what fixed my issue. I reset my wireless speakers (both of them) to factory settings as well as my subwoofer through the Roku menu where I saw them. After resetting them then I tried pairing the soundbar again and it paired IMMEDIATELY! Like in seconds! Then I reconnected the wireless speakers and they reconnected, and the subwoofer did as well!
I think them being connected to the soundbar was blocking the soundbar from connecting to my Roku TV. So, try it! Reset the other speakers to factory settings THEN pair the soundbar. Then speakers and sub if you got them. I saw NO INFO from Roku about this AT ALL. Spread the word to everyone else if this works for you. I hope it helps others out here just as frustrated as I was about this! Seriously Roku. Why is this not listed as a possible solution?!

I had the same problem you are having.
Speakers were working fine for a long time then suddenly they stopped working. I tried reconnecting, resetting the speakers, etc. I spent a lot of time with Roku support; they only ran me thru the standard set up process, this went on for months.
Finally, I got the right person at Roku support, it wasn't me not connecting them properly, it was that the speakers were not updating to the current Roku TV operating system - so they wouldn't work. So, within minutes of the call to that final Roku support person, they were sending me a replacement set of speakers, which have worked great ever since. I just had to send them my old speakers back.
There have been several Roku TV updates in the last few months; my guess is your speakers are not updating either. I recommend contacting Roku support, and request replacement speakers, because they are not working, and they will not update. This isn't a new problem for them. Good luck!

Thank you so much for the info! What a frustrating situation to deal with. Do you know the best customer support email to use to contact them and get some actual results?

Hey, AGAwesome
I understand you're having trouble connecting the Roku speakers. Thank you for your efforts in trying a workaround.
Do you see an error message when you try to pair the speakers? You can set them up again by following these steps to resolve the issue of pairing your wireless speakers.
Let me know how it goes!
