Soundbar works fine but subwoofer is not pairing with the soundbar. It turns on, blinks blue light won’t pair.
I’ve done the factory reset on it but still doesn’t pair. I’ve brought the subwoofer really close to the soundbar and nothing.- RokuNimfa-CRetired Moderator

If the issue persists, please send us here the serial number of your Roku host audio device the Roku Streambar. I'll be able to pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further. To get this, go to Settings > System > About.
