We understand that you're having a problem with your audio. Help is here. We would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:
- If you have a Roku TV, unplug the TV for 5–10 minutes, then plug it back in and see if the issue is resolved.
- If you have a Roku device, unplug it from power for a minute, then plug it back in to see if this clears up the issue. In addition, try replacing the HDMI cable connecting your Roku device to your TV or connecting the Roku device to a different HDMI port on your TV.

- Are all the other streaming channels affected by the no-audio issue?
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
