Bluetooth headphone volume doesn’t work.

Roku ultra, 3m worktunes. Volume does not adjust, it appear to as I use the volume control, then just reverts to a fixed extremely loud.
From previous now closed forum discussions this is still not resolved after 2 years? Wish I’d seen that post before buying the ultra specifically upgrading from the lite for the Bluetooth headphones for use with my 3m worktunes. It comes through extremely loud no matter the setting, my ears are still ringing. Sort it out before you damage somebodies hearing.
