There are many other people with this issue. It is currently under investigation by Roku. This is not for Youtube BUT for Youtubetv. It is under Known Issues not Apps & Viewing.

Hey! Anit
Before getting into resetting everything with your Roku to resolve the YouTube issue, we'd like you to try these steps below and see if it will help.
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
- Reinstall the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.
Let me know if that works!Roku Community Team
