Youtubetv black screen with word "loading"

When viewing Youtubetv and I press the back button I get a black screen no sound and the word "loading".  This never happened before.  Youtubetv told me to do a factory reset of Roku device.  Will th...

    Thanks for the update! Anit​ 

    It appears this issue is with the YouTube app. Please contact YouTube support—they manage the app and can assist you further.

      There are many other people with this issue.  It is currently under investigation by Roku.  This is not for Youtube  BUT for Youtubetv.  It is under Known Issues not Apps & Viewing.
