Unable to Upload my Personal Pics onto the Backdrops.

Hi 
Today I discovered the Backdrops feature and I was so excited  and tried to set up with a few of my favourite pics. I followed the instructions several times.  I wanted to upload from my Samsung phone onto the Roku Streambar. I checked  the latest software version and the model number. It appears to be current but I couldn't get my favourite pictures up. Is the Backdrops a new feature and not yet available in Canada??  
I had followed the steps but  it wouldn't upload onto the screensavers or the backdrop feature. Anyone else having the same issues.?

    Looks like you’re having trouble with backdrops on the Roku Streambar. Could you share more details about the issue?

    • Do you see any error messages or codes when trying to open the Backdrops app?
    • Were you able to upload any files previously, or is this your first time trying?
    • A picture would give us a better look at this issue

    For now, here's how you upload your photos to backdrops:

    1. Open the Backdrops App
    2. Add your photos
    3. Select Upload photos
    4. Scan the QR code from your mobile device and follow the onscreen instructions
    5. Use your Roku account to sign into backdrops.roku.com.

    If the issue persists, try performing a System Restart. Navigate to Settings >  System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System Restart.
