It appears you're having a playback issue with the Disney+ app. Let's try fixing that.
Here's what you can try:
- Check your Wi-Fi connection
 - Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart
 - Check App for updates: Highlight the app, press the star (*) button, and select Check for Updates.
