Unable to redeem promotion for Disney+ and Hulu package.

I tried today to activate promotion for Disney+ Hulu, 2.99$ for 4 months.

No success, keep refusing charge. 

Contacted support, they were unable to help, first I chat with tech, they forwarded me to billing support, not helpful. It looks like they have no idea what is happening.

On my card, I see transactions of 1$ temp charge. Tried couple different cars, still the same.

Anyone have any solution? Promotion ends tomorrow/

 

 

 

It looks like they will not do anything and just remove promotion tomorrow,,,,

    I also had this happen a few minutes ago.  I called Roku and they couldn't help.  They transferred me to Disney who said only Roku could handle this.  From my perspective, this is a fake offer by Roku.
