Re: [Solved] Paramount+ Playback Issues Linked to Router Ad Blocking

Starting this afternoon paramount plus stop working in the middle of me streaming a show and I have been unable to load it again since. I’ve been on Reddit and the Roku support forums and have done everything that was said to do from deleting the app, restarting my device, checking for updates, redownloading the app twice and still all I get is spinning circles! It is only on the Roku that it is not working every other tv works fine. I’m highly irritated because this is my main app! Something’s wrong!

    Same problem.  Just resolved with a Roku Support post.

    We’ve discovered that many subscribers using Amazon EERO or Google Mesh are experiencing similar issues. It appears that EERO is blocking the site "doubleclick.net," which functions like an ad blocker and may be causing the problem.

    To resolve this, please add "doubleclick.net" to the trusted website list on your EERO device. This should help prevent further disruptions.

    We appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you have taken so far, and we'd like to investigate the issue that you have with the Paramount+ app.

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (This can all be found in Settings System About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
    • App build version (This can be found by selecting the app on the Home screen and pressing the * button).

      I'm having the exact same issue as KateyLyn88 and I've tried all of the same steps.  Here's my response to the questions you've asked her:
