The Amazon Prime Video app shows a loading screen

Internet is fine, all other apps work, I have uninstalled and reinstalled prime video and not working still, happening on both tvs. How else can I resolve this? It just loads the smile face of prime and never goes past that like it lags or gets caught there …

  • Thank you for the solution it worked perfect on my vizio tv that recently underwent roku upgrade due to Prime's unsupported status on our model of tv.  :)
