Sharp Roku TV freezing and restarting on multiple apps

Barely a few years old, gambled on a large 65 inch Roku infused TV with the SHARP name attached so figured longevity and quality. 

Nothing but an unreliable pain in the backpants using cheat like codes to constantly refresh and restart the unit so we can get perhaps a "day" (TV viewing "day" =4-6 hrs at most?) Other Roku TVs with add on boxes and also a travel USB Roku stick work with little to no issues. If Roku can't help sort this out it will be replaced, and the reason EVERY OTHER screen in our home will follow suit.

    Robdubya-

    The set manufacturer is responsible for support of their product.  Roku did not manufacture your TV,  Sharp did.  They licenced the operating system used from Roku,  but it's Sharp's product.

      Thank you for your reply and as I've read on many forums discussing this same problem and Sharp says it's a Roku issue. I don't care if "Mom and Dad" are arguing, I'm gonna go live with a distant relative not associated with either of you. I guess your company and theirs only work together to put out a product you both profit from that eventually fails without offering a solution to the consumer. I'll contact them again and pass on your Roku response.
