It seems that the Netflix app keeps sending you back to your Roku Streaming Stick home screen. Thanks for providing your Roku device details. Let's try the following steps.
- Check your Wi-Fi connection (Go to Settings > Network > About > check Wi-Fi status)
- Reset your Wi-Fi or router (Unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back into a wall outlet)
- Restart your Roku device (Settings > System > Power > System restart)
- Uninstall and re-install the app (Press the Home button, highlight the app, press the Star button, then select and confirm "Remove app. Restart the device before adding the app)
