Service Area not available

It would be wonderful is Roku would provide service to our area.  There are ample Roku devices here on island along with Roku TV's sold by Cost U Less (sub of Costco).  At one time the channels did work as our location was detected as Hillsboro, OR., but later our ISP changed IP's again to local location.  We have a population of around 50,000 and StarLink works fine here.  I turely enjoyed watching most of the offerings by Roku channels line up, but today...a shame...all it says unavailable in my area.  Sad...not only for myself, but 1,000's of others with Roku devices here on island and unable to enjoy the full benefit of ownership of a Roku device.
