roku paramount plus premium vs paramount plus

I signed up for roku premium plus on my laptop but it says to renew my subscription on the tv. I've done everything that it says to do on here. I can watch regular paramount + on my tv but not roku premium+.  It still wants me to sign up for it on my tv. So why does paramount+ work but the roku paramount + premium doesn't. I'm not going to be happy if I get charged for the premium when I'm only getting the regular. Any suggestions. I tried to "chat" with someone but when I click on it I don't get a chat window.  Should I cancel it and start over?
