I need help. My Roku keeps rebooting. It started a couple of days ago and I only bought it maybe two months ago. I’ve tried replugging it, using a different cord, outlet and updating it. Nothing is working and I’m not sure what to do.
I would first try a different power adapter. (a cell phone charging adapter rated 5volts, 1amp). If the new power adapter does not fix issue, try a Factory Reset. (press and hold Reset button for 30+ seconds).
If still a no-go, you can try the 12-month warranty replacement procedure.
