I tried to access Sling today and it did come up but there was no sound. Even the Roku Channel had no sound. Wasn’t my soundbar and not the TV. Tried everything. The other TVs in the house with Roku had sound, just the one TV. The device is about 5 or 6 years old. Should I just replace the device or could it be something else?

We know you're having trouble with the Sling and Roku channel app, which is currently without sound.
Does this issue happen with other apps besides these two? Try restarting your Roku device by going to Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you don’t see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
