YesTV - Video Prehook Error

I am trying to watch YesTV (Canada) on my Roku TV and when I try to view the livestream I get a "video prehook error."

I have tried removing the app, restarting, and then re-installing the app multiple times and I still get the error.

    1. Check your Wi-Fi Connection
    2. Restart your router
    3. Try restarting your Roku device again. (Select Settings > System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step, select System restart.)
