Newsmax error message: There are no subscriptions to add

We have an auto-renewing subscription of Newsmax. Two days ago It quit working.  The screen said we needed to renew.  We did that. But it still shows the message listed below.

"Subscriptions

There are no subscriptions to add.

Available subscriptions will show up here."

The rest of the screen is blank except for the "BACK" button

I have tried resetting the system with "System Restart" as described in other discussions. 

I have tried clearing the Cache.  Neither have worked.

    You're experiencing issues with the Newsmax app, as it was showing an error message asking for a subscription even though you had already subscribed. Thanks for trying a system restart.
