Roku and Prime Video - Amazon Originals Only Play In Spanish

I've been struggling with this for a while, but Amazon Originals (like Reacher, Bosch, etc.) only play in Spanish... despite both Roku and Prime Video settings are set to English.  

Other Prime Video titles play in English... just not the Amazon Originals.  

Been beating my head against this for awhile until I get pissed and just play it on my iPad and use AirPlay... but that's just a workaround...

I want to figure what the root of the problem.

Anyone else solve this issue?

    While playing the Prime video on your Roku:

    • Press down-arrow to bring up Prime's on-screen controls, and again to go to the lower row.
    • Go right to the Audio options and click on it.
    • Click on your choice of language.

      This answer does not work. Changing language settings does not change the Reacher show being in Spanish.

       

      Is Roku broken? Why don't they fix the issue?

      The Amazon Roku app doesn't work this way anymore. Pushing down arrow shows the other episodes.
