While playing the Prime video on your Roku:
The Amazon Roku app doesn't work this way anymore. Pushing down arrow shows the other episodes.

Regarding your issue about the Amazon Originals content on the Prime Video channel that plays Spanish, you should be able to change the language during the playback by bringing up the app controls and changing it.
If it does not work, we suggest contacting the Prime Video channel provider directly, as we do not develop or control the app or its content.

FYI... I was able to resolve the issue... In a manner of speaking.
I had reset the Roku to factory defaults and then rebuild it. Simply removing and re-adding the Prime Video app was not enough.
The Amazon Originals now play in English.

TCL Roku tv - 32S327 - latest software update Jan 7, 2025
Prime Video app - Reacher Series 3 - my audio plays in German - when I access the tv show with a computer it plays in English. I tested a few other Prime shows on tv and they appear to be in English. This occurred a week ago while watching another Prime TV series .... something from Scandinavia.
Prime video settings language is English and Roku Audio Preferred Language is English.
Factory reset may be the last resort but hate to futz around reinstalling other streaming apps ... pwds etc.
