Prime Video not loading

I am using Amazon Prime Video v 15.4 build 2025101313 (20 Oct 2025) on my Roku 3 (UK) 4200X running S/V 15.0.

When I load Prime it starts to load, it shows the amazon logo for a second or two and then closes. 

I have uninstalled the app, Re-installed the app, updated the software, rebooted the roku, unplugged the roku. 

All my other apps work fine including Netflix, Youtube and Paramount +. 

I have tried using the Roku android remote app and tried streaming onto the Roku from the Amazon Prime TV android app, the same thing happens with those to. 

I am based in the United Kingdom. 

Can you help me get Amazon Prime back up and running, please?
