I can confirm that this is still an issue. Or a related one. My PBS channel is reporting no new versions.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch PBS
- Select any series with multiple seasons where your progress is beyond the first episode.
- Go to more episodes.
- Shift to a different season.
- Press "down" to move to the next episode.
- PBS "crashes" back to the home screen.

I am having this problem also. Another thread suggests it might be that the router is blocking doubleclick.net, the 3rd party PBS is using for its fundraising messages but ATT says it only blocks suspicious websites and that if it is blocking doubleclick they have to ask to be removed. I spent a long time troubleshooting with Roku and nothing helped. Has anyone else found a solution?
