Paramount Plus app having a problem with payment

Paramount Plus app will open but is having a problem with payment from Roku and will not let me stream but will show me all the wonderful shows that I would like to be watching, I made sure that I updated the Roku app and my credit card of which is working fine because Roku charged on it and also prime, when I go to the star on my remote for Paramount Plus it does not list removal of app so I can reinstall it please advise

    Instead of going through the payment process, could you try signing in with your Paramount Plus app credentials? Make sure you're trying to access the stand-alone app if your subscription isn't through the Roku Channel; otherwise, open the Paramount Plus app on the Roku channel.

  • I am having this issue as well. The charge is even pending in my bank account and can't even use the app. Has anyone gotten this issue resolved?

        We noticed that you're also experiencing the same issue. To help us investigate, can you share the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far so we can take a closer look? Also, do you see any error messages on the screen? A photo can be helpful!

        Hello, 

        I am able to log into the app but when I try to select show, it tell me there is an issue with my Roku subscription with the app. I have updated my payment and made the  payment, logged in and out of the app, tried to update the app, tried update the Roku and restarted the roku. There is no option to delete the app. If there was I would have done that and the reinstalled the app. The charge on my account has been posted. These 2 days that I made the payment and the doesn't work properly.

  • I am currently having this problem, and have went through everything in these comments and nothing is working…. So in other words, HELP…. Please!!

      Have you had a chance to check in with Paramount+ support yet? If not, it might be worth reaching out to them directly.
