    Instead of going through the payment process, could you try signing in with your Paramount Plus app credentials? Make sure you're trying to access the stand-alone app if your subscription isn't through the Roku Channel; otherwise, open the Paramount Plus app on the Roku channel.

I am having this issue as well. The charge is even pending in my bank account and can't even use the app. Has anyone gotten this issue resolved?
