Nope, not yet. NFL support was no help either. I ended up using Air Play from my iPad, less than ideal and not what I should have to do
I am having the same issue. Was able to use AirPlay and stream from both my iPhone and iPad, but can no longer use my Verizon FiOS subscription on Roku. The Roku NFL app must have disabled RedZone for service provider subscriptions while mobile apps (iOS) still work. Would need Roku to figure out with NFL.

The serial number doesn't matter, it spreads across all Roku devices. I have Roku Premieres, Roku Streaming sticks, and a Roku TV. The problem spreads across all devices.
The posters in this thread have a verified cable login to NFL Redzone and are unable to stream NFL content on their Roku devices. However, using the same credentials, we are able to stream on iOS and Android devices. There is an authentication problem between Roku and the NFL. For years this has worked just fine, the 2023 season is the first where this problem has occurred.
Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you very much for your reply.

We'll be looking forward to your response.

Hi RokuCarly
same issue with me for over a year across 2 tvs. Been using an appletv device to do a work around.
NFL app authenticates for spectrum subscription via website or via NFL app settings and then gives error code: don’t have permission to content when accessing different broadcasters.
definitely a roku-specific problem

@roku I am having the same issue. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, updated, logged out/logged back in, you name it and it is not working with the Roku. It is working just fine with my fire stick as of now. It’s sad we pay for the subscription; but can’t watch the games on our tv unless we screen share. Help. This is frustrating.
issue ID: 33-008-500
Model 3910RW- Roku Express
However, it happens on all Roku devices.

Hi Jtp_96,
We appreciate you providing all these details here in the Roku Community!
Kindly provide us a photo or video of the running issue for reference. Also, you can reach NFL by checking this contact list. We highly suggest that you reach out to them for your access on their channel.
Kind regards,

RedZone only airs on Sunday so I will have to wait to provide a picture. As far as the contact list there is only NFL Sunday Ticket, no just NFL. As I previously said, and others in related NFL app posts, there is no way to give the NFL direct feedback on this issue.
- Jtp_962 years agoBinge Watcher
Also that list is outdated. I checked the NFL Sunday Ticket link and it goes to DirecTV. So that is useless.

Another Sunday and the NFL app is still not working. I provided all the info you requested and for over a week there has been no response. What is being done by Roku to have this app fixed for their customers?
